Welcome to the Central Park Physiotherapy online booking website.

Both in office visits & Telehealth online video visits are currently available. Please book accordingly.

We have kept our Online Video Visits available as a safe alternative to visiting our office. For clients who have cold/flu symptoms, please refrain from visiting our office. Please do book an Online Video Visit with a physiotherapist who will still be able to assess and provide treatment options.

New Clients:

ICBC: If you were in a car accident within the last 3 months, visits are covered in full by ICBC. If the car accident was over 3 months ago, please first contact us regarding treatment pre-approval

Extended health: We directly bill most major extended health benefits

MSP: If you are on premium assistance, you will be partially covered for physiotherapy by your care card for 10 visits per calendar year. MSP does not cover Telehealth visits. Please call us to verify this coverage before booking

WSBC: Please call us to book an initial or subsequent visits

Private: If the above scenarios do not apply to you, please book a Private visit

Returning Clients:

For a new injury, please book an Initial Visit and book according to your treatment needs (eg. ICBC, MSP, etc.)

If you have had a visit within the last 3 months for the injury you would like treatment for, please book a subsequent visit.

If you are returning for the same injury that was last treated over 3 months ago, please call us to book.

If you would like to cancel a visit, please call our office.

We look forward to assisting you in your recovery.

Stay healthy & safe,

Vestibular Rehabilitation is an exercise-based approach to relieve the symptoms and discomfort of vestibular disorders. Dizziness, a spinning sensation and balance problems can all be treated through a gentle exercise program tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Vestibular Rehabilitation can also be used to resolve Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo which is a condition where crystals are caught in the inner ear. Following your comprehensive assessment with the physiotherapist, you will be given an individualized home exercise program. You will continue to see the therapist to monitor progress and enhance your program. You can expect to see improvement in your symptoms within several treatment sessions. Results may vary but some individuals may experience immediate results.
